Raw, untreated honey sourced from local apiarists throughout South East Queensland, then naturally wood smoked over several hours. Always a limited supply due to high demand for raw honey. Heat will accentuate the smoke flavour.
Serving suggestions: On toast, cereals, fruits, blue cheeses or on yoghurt.

We will never use liquid smoke. Everything is smoked low and slow over real wood chips, the way we have since 1997. It takes longer and costs more, but it is the only way to give you smoke you can actually taste.
No preservatives. No machines doing what hands should do. No copying someone else's recipe. Every jar is made by hand, in small batches, to be a little different and a little better.
