Express Shipping Australia-Wide

Every order ships Australia Post Express, so your Segreti arrives fresh and fast.

Flat rate: $15 per order, anywhere in Australia.

Dispatch Days & Cut-Off Times

We pack and dispatch Monday to Thursday so your order never sits in a depot over the weekend.

• Order before 11am AEST, Monday to Thursday: shipped the same day.
• Order after 11am, Monday to Wednesday: shipped the next business day.
• Order after 11am Thursday, or any time Friday to Sunday: packed and shipped Monday, for delivery from Tuesday.

Want it for the weekend? Order before 11am Thursday for Friday delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Australia Post Express delivers in 1 to 2 business days from dispatch to most addresses. Some regional and remote areas may take a little longer. Delivery times are Australia Post estimates and are not guaranteed.

Public Holidays

We don't dispatch on Queensland public holidays. Orders placed over a public holiday are shipped on the next dispatch day.

How We Pack

Chilled and perishable items (cheese, marinated seafood, fresh dips, olives) are packed with insulation and ice packs to keep them at a safe temperature in transit.

Receiving Your Order

Because our chilled products are temperature-sensitive, please:

• Be available to receive your delivery, where possible
• Refrigerate perishable items as soon as they arrive
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if anything has arrived in poor condition (see our Refund Policy for details)

We are not liable for spoilage caused by delays outside our control, such as courier delays, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
