• Cancel an order (in full or in part) if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, in which case we will notify you and refund the affected amount

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed
• Payment is required in full at the time of ordering, via the payment methods listed at checkout

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs, timeframes, and delivery areas are set out in our Shipping Policy and confirmed at checkout. Please note:

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Chilled and perishable items are packed to remain at a safe temperature during standard transit; please refer to our FAQ for guidance on receiving and storing your delivery promptly.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, and in all cases in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded by these Terms.

Allergens & Dietary Information
