It started with our dad in 1997 and a simple belief: good food can't be hurried. Three decades on, we still hand-make every olive, dip and feta the same way and the delis that have stocked us since the beginning still do.

Our history
1997
WHERE IT BEGAN
It started in a family kitchen with one woodfire and three recipes. Handmade, slow-smoked, and made the way good food should be. Those first three products became the foundation of everything that followed.
2010
A GROWING RANGE
Word spread and delis fell in love. We kept developing new products, each with a point of difference, until our range grew far beyond those first three. Many of them you still won't find anywhere else.
2026
THE NEXT GENERATION
A new chapter begins. The secrets have been passed down to the next generation of the family, along with a fresh look and new ideas. The same hands, the same heart, the same belief that food made with love simply tastes better.
